Extreme Consistancy is poor service
<p>Hi, I'm trying to sign in a friend for sleepover and my friend has a certified copy of ID. The security said they want an original so he wouldn't let us in, according to the law a certified copy serves as high as the original as it's been deemed so by a commissioner of auth. This is very disappointing and poor. Can you please assist as soon as possible. We have been treated poorly so many times since staying here. This behaviour by your staff is really unacceptable.</p>
