its unacceptable that as a paying tenant, we have been disconnected yesterday by COJ for outstanding payment, and have been promised to be restored yesterday and again to and nothing has been done, Portfolio Manager, people from Aspired Managment services refuses to answer the phones or respond to emails, its unacceptable that we are treated in this manner, We cannot be held responsible for owners not paying levies and its unacceptable that these guys are so unprofessional in the way they treat their tenants. it's ******* to not give us feedback or sort this matter out that's what body corporates are there for. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.
