ETUDE COMPLEX BAD SERVICE.

ETUDE COMPLEX - I am staying alone and my water bill is 1249.00 for the first time in 13 Months. I have been told there is not issue with meter reading or any leakage, however i am being told i need to pay this money regardless or my electricity will be cut. Johannes or Joseph from account's tone is very harsh. The service here sucks period.
