Electricity switched of for no reason

<br> Afcho continue to mess their tenants around, completely ignoring the TCF law which they need to abide by, if it isn't there ****roach infested flat (Sambro) it's them switching off electricity for a paying tenant<br> <br> I came home to a dark flat today even though I have paid my rent, my electricity was still switched off. <br> <br> I'm not sure who will pay for the damaged goods caused by the the power being switched off as my fridge was off the whole day. <br> <br> I didn't even receive any notification or anything to show that someone's incompetence is costing me my peace of mind. <br> <br> When I called the building manager with proof of payment in hand I was told there's nothing they can do, I must have defaulted somehow, even though I had proof of payment.<br> <br> So tonight I will sleep in the dark and have to explain to my boss how I can't go to work because of their incompetence. <br> <br> I'm sick and tired of constantly having to address issues with them
