Electricity cable replacement and time management! !!

This is my first month by the jabulani mews apartments, I must say I'm disappointed at how the handling of the ****** electricity cables is being handled. Our groceries are getting wasted and its not like you gona replace any of it. Please do get to the bottom of this asap cause im definitely starting to regret ever coming to stay here!!!!!
