Don’t stay at the windmill apartments !!

The windmill apartments No water…electricity issues every week…unnecessary rules like we are kids Even As I move out…it is still a struggle for me as the lift is also constantly not working. Building manger does not care about any inconveniences towards the tenant, only cares about getting his work done. Rules enforced on adults like we are children…micro managing at its highest level. Nothing works…even the drainage. Would not recommend at all
