Don't stick to their own rules in their agreements

<p>I am very appalled and shocked at how Afhco is swallowing up our deposit money. We sign a lease agreement with all the terms and conditions. When it comes to us cancelling our lease contract after actually giving them the 20 days notice (as per the lease agreement) and the lease agreement states that "if the tenant cancels the lease with the Landlord before the end of the initial period, the tenant agrees that the landlord will be entitled to charge the tenant a reasonable penalty" But no according to them reasonable means you forfeit the whole deposit. They are a bunch of ****** and they have the worst customer service ever. They cannot even quote which clause in the lease agreement states that you forfeit your deposit, yet they tell me of the consumer protection act of which it states the same thing as the lease agreement which is a reasonable penalty as nothing points out to forfeiting my deposit instead they are supposed to be paying me the interest earned on my deposit as this money is in an interest bearing trust account, now they running away from giving me my hard earned money.</p> <p> </p> <p>These people need to be shut down because in each and every complaint they are robbing someone of their deposit money or admin money.
