DO NOT USE AFHCO NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE !!!

Afhco is by far the worst and just modern day light ******* We got accommodation for my brother last year in Jeppes Post Office after being send to pillar and post when he had to move in even with that he still moved in as we needed accommodation for him asap.

A few months went by and ended the lease where they didn’t refund the deposit and I fully understood that my brother had to meet up with the building manager when they where vacating and everything was fine with check list to my surprise I get communication that o have to pay R3931.27 for damages that we didn’t even know exist nor where we told about hear damages at the time of leaving the unit I send back communication asking they give me a breakdown of what needed to be repaired as the unit was fine and I was told it was for repainting what exactly needed to be repainted when then unit wasn’t repainted when he moved in and surprisingly the repairs amount amount to the same monthly payment we where paying for him to live there .

I refused to pay that amount as we where not told about any damages when building manager did check list and we where only told months after moving out about the R3931.27 .Is this the way you treat young people by day light ******* and trying to get as much money from us even though we moved out we now getting communication from there debt recoveries I don’t even know who to explain this to anymore as I have done so numerous times this is bulls**t !!!!!!!!!
