DO NOT MOVE INTP AFHCO BUILDINGS
Save yourself money, DO NOT MOVE INTO stuttafords house, i am done with this place. Please note the internet NEVER EVER WORKS. You will load your own data. Today a lady asked me if my internet is working I told her NO, She told me the whole week its been off. Also the laundry room NEVER EVER WORKS you will spend R2000 a month washing your clothes outside because the laundry machines never work. the whole of December can you imagine, ALL MACHINES NOT WORKING. Please look at other flats and not any AFHCO building please.

Service interruptions only occur in the event of technical issues, which are communicated to tenants when they arise, or where services are restricted in line with credit control measures. Regarding the laundry facilities, tenants were previously notified that misuse of the washing machines — including overloading and inserting unsuitable items such as, but not limited to, blankets, incorrect coins, shoes, and similar items — has resulted in repeated damage and vandalism. Unfortunately, this has led to the machines currently being out of order. We regret the inconvenience caused and have advised tenants to make alternative laundry arrangements while repairs and replacements are being addressed.
