Disrespectful Treatment by Agent Bongani : Johannesburg CBD Head Office

On 30 September 2025 at around 09:15, I called your Johannesburg CBD Head Office and was assisted by an agent named Bongani. The experience was deeply disappointing.

Bongani spoke to me in a condescending tone, refused to let me voice my concern, and terminated the call abruptly. To make matters worse, he provided incorrect information regarding my prior details. I had to call back and speak to another agent to have my records corrected,confirming that Bongani had mishandled my query.

This level of service is unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, especially when seeking help. I am requesting that this incident be investigated and that Bongani be held accountable for his conduct.
