<p>I spoke to Lebohang on 11 October 2016, regarding my deposit because it seems like i won't get it anytime soon,she promised that the money was paid and will clear the following day, then on the 12 October 2016 i called just to find out whats the delay,i was told the money is not yet paid they will pay it the following day.now i feel like this customer service consultants are lying. i asked to speak to Lucy their manager and she couldn't come to the phone.i will never recommend anyone to stay at AFHCO their service is poor,they make you beg your own money, as if they did you a favour forgetting we make them a favour without our money they won't be employed.</p>

We confirm that we have since spoken to your fiance Johannes who's cell number you supp**** on the notice to cancel lease agreement and he confirmed that you require the dposit to be paid to your bank account.
Your refund has been processed and will be paid to your personal bank account provided latest Friday the 21st of October 2016.

Kindly note that your lease agreement indicates that if the Lease is not cancelled by either the Landlord or Yourself before the end of the Initial Period, the Lease will automatically continue on a month to month basis and will need at least notice of 20 business days from Yourself or the Landlord to terminate the Lease.
Furthermore to terminate your lease agreement, you need to complete a ‘notice to cancel lease agreement form’ which is not valid unless signed by your building manager.
A notice of 1 calendar month is required for any lease signed before 1 April 2011.
A notice of 20 business days (1 month) is required for any lease signed after 1 April 2011.
YOUR DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS PROVIDED THAT:
· You have signed the snag (check) move out list.
· There are no damages to your unit (where damages exist this can take up to 14 days).
· There are no arrears on your account.
· You have served the term of your lease (a penalty will apply where this is not the case).
· Proof of current banking details have been attached.
