disgusting service

I am so fed up with the service am( NOT ) getting from AFHCO. I stay at The Falls lifestyle estate and paying a fortune for the kaak service am getting. I am so fed up !!as from the first month I was not happy as I had to stay for the full month without hot water and water constantly running from my toilet. The walls on the balcony were filthy and was only assist about a month ago in painting them. I was promised that I will get 5% off from my rental if I pay before time and have done so without fail and 6 months later that has not happened and all I get is a fat bill. I advised for the office to sort out my January bill as there was no hot water but that was not done and they had the odesity to bill me for the guy they sent 4 months later to fix my toilet. I have paid everything that I need to pay and want someone to fix my bill and refund me. if this is not done, I will take it up and will make sure that you lose more tenants faster that it's happening now.
