Disgusting service

I have rented in various property companies but AFHCO has to take the trophy.

I have recently moved to Minuet Complex(Midrand) and in less than 4 months my unit was broken into and cleaned out. The only thing received from them was a "we are so sorry" call and that it. No one from the team has visited us to check on our well being. No safety and security measures have been taken or put in place.

I have been in contact with the area manager to email us (tenants) measures to ensure such unfortunate incident doesn't occur again but nothing received from him.

I believe this is not the first incident but the body corporate is continuing as if nothing has happened. They just replace the door lock and move on. Like REALLY!!! is this the only thing they can do after we have lost so much?

We live in fear, we cannot sleep at night. I don't know what needs to happen to take their tenants' well being serious.

I am really appalled by the management of this property.
