Disgusting Building, Useless Management & ****** Deposit

Etude (managed by AFCHO) is a dirty, poorly maintained building. Common areas are never clean, and management is rude and unresponsive.

I moved out properly, attended the inspection, and was shown what would be deducted but I never got my deposit back. Follow-ups were ignored.

Avoid this place. It's stressful and unprofessional. Not worth your money
