disgusted and disappointed
On the 18/01/2016 I signed a notice to cancel a lease agreement and I wasn't given any feedback, I had to call AFHCO and find out what's the next step and the lady that I assisted me told me that it's fine I can move out, which I did on the 30th of January.... Today I got an SMS telling me that my rent for February is over due followed by a letter stating that I'm going to be blacklisted, what kind of a service is that, and there's a person that moved to that flat already but I owe afhco. I've been staying at one of your buildings since 2012 and I wasn't expecting this kind of service from you guys. I called customer services today and was told that my Form was incomplete and they need an affidavit, why wasn't I given any feedback? I'm so disappointed

Our records indicate that your lease agreement is a joint lease agreement wich means that both lease holders must complete the notice to cancel lease agreement cnfirming that the two lease holders are in agreement of giving notice to cancel the lease agreement.
