Disappointed Customer

Im so disappointed by this poor service Im getting in thier head office. Its been 3 days with no electricity in our apartment when I'm asking Thando she doesn't even know when are we going to get electricity back. She is not even trying to assist to get that information for me. They just want me to understand that there is no electricity. Very poor customer service.
