Deposit Reimbur*****t dispute

AFHCO is an untrust worthy company, I stayed with them for 12 months and I encountered problems financially but continued to pay the rent and arrears I had incurred. I canceled my Lease in January and served my notice as per the lease agreement and I was advised to submit documents, of which I did. Today when I call I am being told that I am being charged for replacement remote that i never received from their building manager in South hills Bongani and Peter, and I am also charged for painting but i left my flat in good condition.

My deposit has not been reimbursed and its 14 days already, I have sent numerous emails and have been on calls but none of them is providing a straight answer to my query.
