Deposit refund not reimbursed and unreasonable charges after lease termination

I have submitted my enquiry on this site a while back afhco just automatically rep**** and no one has come back to me with any feedback everytime I call i am being told they are waiting on the area manager to reverse the charge but I keep getting threatening messages that I will be handed over. I was told I will not be charged for painting when I move out because my lease was more than 10 years but when I terminated the lease I was charged for that same painting and the place was not painted during the period I stayed. No communication for my deposit refund and the money overpaid for November rent. Afhco really don't care they don't even give any feedback request logged on the 13/01 the only thing I receive is threatening messages, I applaud their service
