Deposit refund never paid

If there was an option to give zero stars,every single person here would jump on that train.

If you work hard for your money DO NOT GIVE IT TO AFHCO!! They are extremely unhelpful and so not care about their customers.

I moved into South Hills L304 last year in January. I came back home one day and there was no electricity in my unit only. The building manager then came and said that there's a problem in my unit and it will take time to fix. So HE DECIDED TO MOVE ME to K308 in February 2019. A few months later he sends me a lease saying it needs to show the new unit number otherwise I'm living *******ly. So I sign the lease. Fast forward to September 2019,I start looking for a new place. Suddenly I'm told my lease ends in April 2020 because my lease is dated March 2019. I run up and down trying to solve this until I'm finally told that Afhco made a mistake,they will correct it,I can move. December 2019 I move out,I've stayed my 12 months, I've filled in all the forms,comp**** with the 30day notice, did a moving out inspection. To date I have not received my deposit back and I'm thrown from pillar to post trying to sort this out.

To anyone reading this: It's a trap. Don't give your hard earned money to these people. You try and try to reason with them but they try even harder to con you out of your money. Go invest somewhere else where they respect the customer.
