deposit refund impilo
afcho is pathetic always when you move out they take forever to pay back the refund. I moved out 31 January 2017 and everything was signed and submitted and served notice the whole of January and left their flat in good condition and now today is the 14th and still no deposit has been paid to my account and on the moving out list it takes 7 working days for them to pay out. and when I call the call centre they put me on hold forever and then hang up. I don't owe you afcho always paid your rent on time but why do you always give me hurtle when it comes to paying me back my deposit this is an inconvenience mxm. no one bothers to communicate with me. today I called only to be told money will reflect next week what **** is this really. I want my money paid today latest tomorrow afternoon.
