Deposit Refund Frustration
I have tried being patient with the service regarding my refund. Why do customers need to use the Hello Peter platform to get service which has been agreed with a contract. I have tried contacting customer service, email and calls but with no help. All I need is the refund as agreed. It is just frustrating that we as customers ro go to these lengths to get service from this company. I don't think I will ever use their services nor recommend because of such treatment.
