Deposit refund from Afhco

Bad service from Afhco as we where tenants at Jabulani mews we served our notice and where told dat after 14days we will be refunded as we paid the deposit of 9k, by now we get a run around we are told dat the 14days start after the account is closed month end in which it's not stated on their terms and conditions, from the day we moved out 25th till today no respond from the afhco finance department, even wen we called wecwhere promised that we will get sms notification to state wen we will get our payment but like wise empty promises so we so furious as 9k its alot of money what a bad service we receive from management at afhco and consultant who give us half information everytime we call.
