Deposit refund

I'm so disgusted with their service regarding deposit refund, I used to love their properties I must saying I have been staying in their properties since 2010 but this time I'm so disappointed I even regret moving into their properties again. I was staying at Anchor towers, had to move out since they sold the apartment upon signing the move out inspection was charged painting, the amount that was stated was suppose to have some of my deposit back the amount of R1500 but today they telling me a different story that all my deposit was used for mantainance. How is that possible, I had people saying afhco properties are ****mers now I agree they will never pay back the deposit and I wouldn't recommend it to any one.The worst property company ever, they don't do proper repairs yet they will charge you when you move out and refuse to give you your balance **b**lsh*to of a company
