Deposit refund
I've been staying at a property that is managed by Afhco Property Management and unfortunately, I had to move out abruptly because I was served with a letter of 30 days notice because they are now placing the unit under offer to purchase market. Not only that we were not financially planned, in the letter of eviction, but it was also clearly stated that I will receive my deposit with 14 days of vacating the building and that has not been the case. The agreed time has come and gone with no communication on when will they refund my deposit, and moreover what is frustrating is the lack of communication from their customer services or debts department. Each time I make a follow-up, I speak to a different consultant who seems not to have a record of my previous call. I wish to have this matter resolve. Thank you

I have provided these details several times with no response from customer service. But I will however reshare. Building name: Burgundy complex unit 98. Just for future attention, it is really not professional that clients keep on reaching out to you with no response. Be it good or negative.
