Deposit Refund and uber eats voucher

So disappointed with this company, Moved into a new two bedroom unit at Golfpark. Sign off inspection was done and was told I'd get my deposit within two weeks. There's no communication from them about the issue and when I call customer services, they are so rude and seem not to care. I tried calling again and was told they are still reconciling my account, I asked what it means and was told I they can't give me any updates on that? What does that even mean? Also, I'm still waiting for my uber eats voucher. Save yourself the headache.
