Deposit Refund

If you want a place to stay, please don't ever stay at Afcho property AFHCO - Africa Housing Company so I have been seeking for my Deposit refund , emails and calls. All they have been saying is that speedsheet is not being updated.

Today when I called for follow up regarding the call logged last week. I was charged for painting of which when I moved in the Flat was not painted and I once requested the Flat to painted after I moved in.They never painted that room till I moved out.

It's funny because immediately when Tenant move out they need to prepare a room for the next tenant to check if (walls,ceiling,cupboards and lights) are still fine .

They don't even want to investigate if the room was painted before I moved as they are saying they normally paint the room after tenant moved out but mine was not painted.

The consultants are very rude. It’s very hard to get the “Supervisors” details to speak to them directly or to Transfer a call to relevant department.
