Deposit refund

I have moved out out etude on the 31 of August 2022 still have not received my deposit its been more then 21 days this i such bad i have never missed a payment for my rent now its a problem when i want my money back customs services it useless i do not get proper answers why i haven't been paid back , you can't speak to any management who is responsible , i just want my deposit back , would not recommend this place bad service
