Deposit refund

I have been staying at a property that is managed by AFHCO Property Management and unfortunately had to move out because I was served with a letter of notice after someone bought the unit I occupied. In the letter I received, it is clearly stated that my deposit will be paid within 14 days of vacating however that has not been the case. Each time I speak to a new person regarding this issue and it seems like there is no communication because I also received a call where the person was asking about unpaid rental when they served me with the letter. I had to send the same letter back to them. I have been requested to share my bank statement three times already with the promise that they will process the refund of my deposit. The 14 days, which now they say is 14 working days has come and gone. Kindly assist me in this matter. Thank you.
