Deposit refund

I am once again here to write about AFHCO Property Management not having paid a refund of my deposit. It’s a new promise every week and I am talking to a new person everyday. I have been calling and not getting a straight response. I called today to follow because no one bothers to communicate progress and I was told I’ll get my refund by end of the week, which is what I was told last week as well. I honestly don’t understand why they are giving me the run around because it is money due to me.
