DEPOSIT REFUND

I have been querying my deposit refund since December 2018 and been in contact with Lerato Ntsoana at their offices, who promises she will do something however does not fulfill on her promises, as per AFCHO's refund policy (7 DAYS) I should have received my deposit refund ages ago as I left AFCHO's property on the 30th of November 2018 yet still nothing, my last communique with Lerato was: "Good Morning Lerato As per our telephonic conversation on Friday the 11th of January 2019 you advised that the payment was released on the 10th of January 2019, however I have still not received payment? Plus you stated you would be sending me proof of payment of which I have not received either, please advise what is going on as it is now over a month and I have not received my refund yet AFCHO’s promise is 7 days once all documentation is received!"

And I am yet to receive a response from her they keep promising that it has been paid however nothing is paid into my bank account. If this is not sorted out ASAP I will take the matter to the Rental housing Tribunal to assist me further as this is now frustrating and annoying to fight for my money.

That is the issue you keep saying it has been processed however I do not get any amount plus it should have been in last week I bank with the same bank as you FIRST NATIONAL BANK
