Deposit refund!
This is the last place I would advise one to go to when looking for an accomodation. I stayed at Newgate through afcho for 2 years and I served my notice on the 01/12/14 as I was moving out on the 01/01/15. They have a 7 days deposit refund policy whch is also on the contract or lease. Its been now a month telling me stories. First its was \we waiting for the building manager to submitt the outstanding documents". That was done and after that its was \""everything has been approved and we waiting for the water bill\"". Today is the 31st of jan and I'm sure that was received. Now what happened to the 7 days??? I sent so many emails and none was responded to. I made a number or calls and they keep telling me to hold for the lady on the accounts department but she would just tell the agents what to say and not talk to me. """
