Deposit Payment Delay

I moved out of Reef Acres unit 249 on the 31st of January 2020. I cleaned this apartment from top to bottom so I could receive my deposit back ASAP. Till today 18 March I have not received my deposit back that I needed to pay my new landlord that has told me to leave by the way !! Because I phone everyday and everyday I get a new excuse of why it is not paid (a diffrent excuse everytime) and I tell my landlord every week payment will be made this tuesday/wednesday.. I have a 3 month old baby and we are at this point now begging.. I paid my rent on time every month on the 27th my deposit was paid ON TIME when I moved in ...?? Honestly I am very dissapointed and far beyond upset..
