Deposit not refunded
I have been with AFHCO property management for more than 5 years & I curse the day I chose to sign the contract with the AFHCO Property management, I have terminated the contract with them in January & never received my deposit (Car paking rental and Flat rental) but now im receiving SMSes from them saying im owing them money. Im not going to pay for anything as I don't owe you anything, you should be paying me my deposit back. I am will taking to take this further because I have noticed this trend and people have been complaining about the same thing. I will take this higher if I need to because im sick and tired of Property management companies who wants to make quick profits by robbing their loyal customers

We apologise sincerely for the delay in providing feedback as the matter was still being examined.
We confirm that the painting charges have since been reversed.
We further confirm that our investigation revealed, that you gave immidiate notice to vacate (did not serve notice - one months notice period) hence the deposit penalty as stated on the terms and conditions of the notice to cancel lease agreement and vacating without serving notice.

This letter is to serve that I July Edwin Nkanyani *** staying at Nukerk flat (room 808) is terminating the contract with immediate effect, I've got an opportunity in another province and I wont be able to come back anytime soon.I called the call centre today but I was transfred from 1 place to the other. I know the process of terminating the contract I need to give you 20 working days, but I couldn't because this happened so quick. I hope you will understand my situation in this regard.

3 Years later, and to my surprise today i get a call stating that im owing you guys, whats going on here. Kindly fix you billing system as i dont owe you a cent.
