Deposit not refunded

I moved out of this property on the 22/12/14 I was advised I'd receive my refund in 7days from then, it's been 2 months and I'm still waiting. I contacted the customer centre on the 14/01/15 I spoke to Lethlogonolo who advised I'd receive my deposit in 3 days which didn't happen. I contacted the customer service centre yet again and another empty promise was made. This morning I contact them yet again and Lethlogonolo answered he then put me on hold for over 10min without any reason, I eventually hung up and try calling back with no success the lines just ring. This is frustrating as afhco should honour the agreements they have with customers not give us a mere run around
