Deposit money not paid since May 2020

My lease with Afcho property ended at the end of April 2020 I use to stay at Artkinson house flat number 246. I signed all moving out documents as per protocol including the one involving the payment for my deposit. To this date my deposit is not paid in. I have been following in up with their customer service and accounts departments. I sent through my banking statement and sent emails of follow ups but no one returned to me. When I finally got hold of them I spoke to a lady called Khosi who promised to follow up my query but never did instead came up with an excuse that she was not at the office and pushed the blame to others yet she never communicated with me when she finally returned, I had to find her again. then I spoke to kamogelo who told me that my deposit was paid in but failed to send proof of payment to me claiming that there is no one at accounts department.I got hold of Khosi again she promised again that my matter will be followed through two weeks to this time I've not heard from her. I've been sent from pillar to post, I've spent a lot of money on airtime reaching out to them about my deposit money but each time I get a different story. Im one of the people who lost their Job due to covid - 19 and my deposit from Afcho was going to help sustain me. I'm very hurt and dissapointed by how I have been treated. I have moved in 2018 November and never have I skipped the rental payment once. I have been consistent to the last day.
