Deposit Money

I have been renting an apartment with Afhco for about 8 months. then i had to move, i served my notice as per agreement in the month of November i was serving my 30 days notice period. i moved out on the last day of the month of November . I had a deposit with them and their contract clearly states that upon moving out one gets their deposit back.<br> <br> I moved out on the 30th November 2015 and i was told by their customer care agents that i will get my deposit within 7 working days. 10 days pass and no deposit has been given back.<br> <br> I have been calling them for the past three weeks asking about my deposit and their agents would tell me different stories. So today when i called i was told the was a mix up with my refund bearing in mind that no one bothered to keep me in the loop about this and i have been calling throughout the month of December , i had to call in order for them to tell me.<br> <br> Then am told by their agent that the fiance people will only process my application in 2016, because they are closing tomorrow. What bothers me is that they have today and tomorrow to process my refund but they choosing to do it only next year.<br> <br> I am really not happy with the run around.
