DEPOSIT IS HELD BACK FOR NO REASON - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

It is the 25th of the month, I moved out of the property 30 August. I made sure the property was painted and left it spotless with nothing broken. A letter was sent to me that I will get my deposit back between 7-14 and then maybe more if there are problems which I am sure there aren't as I made sure. The call center agents who are not helpful and don't even bother to at least give you feedback back or any information for that matter. ALL I WANT IS MY DEPOSIT. OTHER PEOPLE WHO LEFT WARNED ME ABOUT THIS BUT I CHOSE TO IGNORE. THIS IS FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. WHEN YOU MOVE IN IT IS A SMOOTH RIDE, WAIT TILL YOU MOVE OUT. YOU WILL FIGHT FOR YOUR MONEY. THERE REALLY ISINT ANYTHING THEY CAN PIN ON ME AS I MADE SURE THAT IS WHY THIS DELAY IS UNECESSARY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
