Deposit
Good day, when I moved into Panama Unit 127 I was made to pay double the rental for deposit, I did this without hesitation because I needed a place to stay
After a year I gave a fair 31 days notice and before that I was asked to move out in the 26th March because of the Pandemic
All this time I cooperated, all I ask is for my deposit to be paid back to me ASAP

Please note our debtors department have not yet received your move out inspection sheet from the building. I have sent an urgent request to our portfolio department to enable them to assist with the document. I will contact you as soon as I have feedback.*
This was after I got an email confirming I'll get my deposit
