Delays and Discrepencies with payments of deposits by AFCHO

I have had the worse exist experience in my entire life as tenant. They took over the building i was living in from Mafadi, (Panama House) over a year ago and everything was fine until i had to move out. I was sent a letter from them saying that i should be out before 12:00 midday on the last day of the month the 29th of Feb. It further stated that if i adhered to this and insured that the apartment did not need any major renovations like paintings etc then i would get my money within 7 working day.

It is now the 14th, on the 9th i contacted them via call spoke to the debtors department who told me my funds were being 'consolidated, then i emailed a staff of theirs whose emails i still have. She first said the money is still with Mafadi a year later she has not received the deposit i made to them. I followed up with Mafadi they said this was not true, to make it worse people moved into the apartment right after i left, the same apartment i personally scrubbed and cleaned to ensure no large amounts get taken from my deposit. Then on the 11th i called and one of the agents from customer service assured me that i will get my money this coming tuesday or thursday the latest i asked for that in writing and could not get it.

I took to facebook and found they were other people with such similar experiences with Afcho.
