Delayed problem-solving
Get people who are at your buildings to work to do their jobs. How long does it take to fix a clogged sink drainages. I was supposed to have transferred to a proper unit on the 27 of December, I couldn't because the unit has clogged sink. The caretaker promised to fix it on the 3rd. Today on the 4th the person is out of the province and I'm still in this disintegrated unit of yours which I have complained about for the so long. *Get your people to do their job* the delay tactics are so intense it's not even funny.
