DELAY OF REFUND OF DEPOSIT

I moved out of my apartment by Etude in Midrand I am struggling to get a refund of my deposit, its has over being over 20 working days at which i was told it will reflect within 15 working days, the feedback im getting till date its that its in reconciliation, its really frustrating!! can someone help!!
