So I have been a Tenant here for 1 year and 7 months at AFCHO. In Feb 2020 I had bedbugs in my units and when I went to note it down by the securities I was told that couple of other tenants have also came forward with the same issue. I then went to the offices and was given an option to move into one of the other units, without any hesitation I did so.

So now it's been almost 3 months in this unit and all has been going well until it was time for them to give me my Loyalty Discount as per norm ( so you only qualify for this discount if you pay your rent on time for 6months) but now I've been told a different story. 1st it was I don't qualify because I moved from one building to another "LOL" then this lady asks me how I go them "Bedbugs" ? What an insult!!!! Secondly, now she's telling me that the discounts were canceled in March 2020 - Ps. No communication made or whatsoever. Lastly, their financial people were not allocating my payments for the past 3 months and i have been working out what I needed to pay for them to sort out their part. Again, i had to send emails at least 4 time from the 24th of April for them to start calling or replying to my query 4 days later, and the guy that I spoke to promised to sort the payments of which he said it was plus or minus R8700, but now when he sent it via email it was down to R7900 - I then asked them to send me the amounts that I paid and that made out the figure sent, still nothing. The guy was then supposed to do the allocations and send me an updated statement amdo my surprise now, these people are still not processing what we agreed upon when I start renting from them. 25% Loyalty Discount is still not deducted and my statement is still wrong........

Guys I still refuse to be ****** daylight because now they are coming up with a new loyalty discount program that was just implemented without any communication. This "so called" program gives you coupon at one of the retailers of which I won't benefit all of since we are working for the opponents, so what's the use?

I have then requested for these guys to terminate my contract with them seeing that we ain't reaching any agreement and to date I am still waiting for the forms.....
