After being a food tenent and being on my best behaviour for 3 to 4 years i got a rude awakeninf when i finally decided to move out of their rental flat. Not only was my deposit withheld bit i was also forced to pay just under R3K for suppossed damages. Granted after almost 4 years it was not in mint condition but it definitely was not R3K damaged...With that being said i personally will make it a point every1 I know moves out before they suffer the same fate i did. I have lived in another rental before and YES they are fair and better than AFHCO!!!

Our records indicate the signed check (snag) move in list confirmed everything was in good condition and order but upon moving out, but there were paintings to be done upon moving out hence the charges.
We further confirm that the kitchen counter charges have since been reversed and all supporting documents were forwarded to you by our customer services consultant.
