Day light *******!!!!

No service but day light ******* and their process have no transparency nor accountability, no one to resolve any issue with you. I am heavily pregnant and was so pressed one day, no guard came to open the boom gate for us since It was my cousin who came to drop me off, and shes not a resident she had to use a visitors gate but surprisingly the guard, no one came to open the gate as they suppose to and that's what we pay for in the hefty levies that are charged monthly. Due to my condition I walked out and rushed to the fingerprint access point (which is outside, same side as I was) to open the boom so that we can go ahead, which worked out. They are charging me a R1000 apparently for walking down the boom to access the boom. Despite the access point being outside and no need for me to cross the boom to access it, none of them wanna hear about it but wants me money. I tried to appeal about it, they said I have to pay the fine and body of trustees are adamant to review the situation and they are messing up my credit record just to force my hand into paying such, for someone's incompetence and what I went through doesnt matter because am black woman I'm just suppose to be strong and suck it up it seems. Such a reap off!!! Rather mini- prisons these places
