Damaged stock due to stinky water from the pipes in the roof of the shop

I am writing this with a heavy exhausted heart.On the 8th of December 2025 we found the shop half flooded with stinky water from la leaking pipe on the roof( the pipes are visible(They are flats on top).Half of my stock was damaged.Shop no 15 Frank and Hirsch. I sent an email with evidence to the leasing agent(Alan) they was no response.I then sent a WhatsApp message, of which he responded that it was not his department ,but the building manager's .The building manager was arleted from day one the 8th because the problem persisted for 4 days.He only took pictures.When asked for compensation for damage of stock,he did not respond.I lost 4 days of business I waited thinking that I ll receive an email or phone call regarding the damage. On the 22nd of December I went to the AFHCO office in Doornfontein and was attended to by a consultant on Counter no 8.He was very very rude ,he said it's not their problem. I was chased away.I was threatened with lawyers and being blacklisted.All that ii need is compensation. for my damaged stock..I have all the evidence in pictures and videos.AFHCO is a housing and shoprental agency run by bullies.I would never recommend anyone to that agency
