Dear Nancy As previously advised, we confirm as correct all information previously communicated that the outstanding charge raised on your account is because you app**** during a promotion offered of first month free rent, as a result should you vacate before the lease period end you would be liable for the first month’s rental amount. AFHCO says above that the issue has been resolved from their side but this SAYA Recoveries represent them and they keep on Bombarding me with their emails. we understood it very well that we had to pay the first rental, of which that was done but it seems as if AFHCO is looking for the second rental. please deal with SAYA to remove my contacts I do not want to receive any more emails threating. regards,

It seems as if we do not understand each other - we do not owe you anything, am I speaking to the wall? When my children realized that the flat is small, the contracted was terminated there and then before moving in, meaning the R800 Admin Fee was paid including R2700 rental amounts to R3500, now in turn AFHCO is telling us that we owe them, How so? how is that possible?
