where do I even begin. I moved out of 102 burgundy end of march 2019, I did the inspection which Afhco was very happy, everything in the house was in order and clean, all keys were there, there was nothing missing. to my surprise when I received my deposit it was R1500 short and no explanation was provided as to why the deposit was not paid fully. I even went as far as washing the wall of that place. I have written a number of emails to Pieter and have not received any response not even an acknowledgement of my email.
