Credit record alerts: Whats wrong with you Afhco
<p>I have stayed at Platinum Place for more than 1.5 years, and in that time I dont know how many times I have received the You have not paid you rent in full credit alert messages. The annoying thing is I have always paid my rent on time, and i ve the invoices and receipts to prove that. This is really irritating and clearly someone from your side is not doing their job. I have called the customer care number countless times and it hardly goes through, its like the people there are never at work or they too busy handling numerous other complaints. Please talk to me and fix this. I cannot have my credit record messed up for something not of my doing.</p> <p>I have always recommended this place to family and friends, but this is a total let down.</p>
