Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Afhco Property Management *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* Moved here July 2023 and I asked the building manager to fix stove and lights also paint. Nothing. On the 17th of February 2025 I noticed that when it is raining there roof doesn't have waterproof so everything gets wet inside my apartment. I reported the issue several times and even ask to change a unit or get my deposit so I can move out. They refused. Once you have R300 shortage on your rent, they send someone to look you outside but when you need them to maintain the place, they ignore you for days and refuse with deposit money.
