Complaint -Atkinson house

I moved in this apartment last year October but these people don't fix anything in our rooms, I wrote to the book by the securities that when it's raining it comes through my wondows and now it's starting to get cold still nothing has been fixed. The air that comes in its unbearable!! The water in the showers is forever cold everyday you want to take a shower water is cold , I am really not happy in this apartment but am paying my rent on time every month, we are forced to move out , no one deserves to stay in such conditions it's frustrating.
